The application is a SaaS platform designed for HR teams and recruiters to access labor market analytics, salary insights, and job posting analytics.
The goal of the project was to consolidate three separate verticals within the Analyst application (developer, talent, and education) into a single, flexible interface while modernizing its look and feel to better align with the brand.
The primary challenges included maintaining consistency across the different user groups, addressing information overload, endless scrolling pages, and lack of visual hierarchy in the existing interface, and gathering insights to understand user pain points and needs for the ideal user experience.
By conducting user research to validate pain points, creating low-fi designs for ideation, and simultaneously developing an atomic design system for scalability, the project successfully delivered a modern, unified interface that improved usability and provided a seamless experience across all user groups. Stakeholder involvement and user testing throughout the process ensured alignment with project goals and user needs.
